I recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! The pho was absolutely out of this world—rich broth with tender noodles and fresh herbs. I could taste the love and care that went into every bowl. The spring rolls were also a highlight—crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the meal even better. The only minor thing I would mention is that the place can get a bit busy during peak hours, so I’d recommend visiting earlier in the evening. Still, the vibrant atmosphere and delicious food are worth a little wait. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes on the menu, especially the banh mi that everyone was raving about. What a hidden gem! I stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a good Vietnamese spot in Westminster, and I was thoroughly impressed. The first thing that struck me was the ambiance; it had a cozy and inviting vibe that made me feel right at home. I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, and it was fantastic! The pork was perfectly marinated and grilled to perfection, and the fresh vegetables added a wonderful crunch. I also couldn’t resist trying the bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake), which was crispy and stuffed with shrimp and bean sprouts—definitely a must-try! The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain some of the dishes to me, which I appreciated as a first-time visitor. My only suggestion would be to add more vegetarian options to the menu; while there were a few, I think an expanded selection could draw in more customers. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling satisfied and excited to come back again.
